On 6th, February, the European Parliament's Industry, Research, and Energy Committee, (ITRE) voted overwhelmingly (52 votes in favour, three against, and one abstention) to support a proposed new ENISA Regulation that would give the Agency a stronger role in cyber-security, and specifically backs the work done with Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs).
